AMS Adventure Camp has it all! Day trips, travel and long term camping; with more high adventure than you can imagine. Adventure Camp has created action packed, one day, three day and week long trips throughout the summer for campers going into the fifth grade and up.
Daily adventures like rock climbing and rappelling, caving, rafting, swimming, hiking and biking will prepare campers for their incredible extended high adventure trips to destinations like Big South Fork or Mt. LeConte in the Great Smoky Mtn. Nt. Park.
Campfires, star filled nights, breathtaking views and safe, fun, but challenging experiences make AMS Adventure Camp the place to be this summer.
Participating in Adventure Camp will guarantee the development of valuable outdoor skills, self-confidence, greater self-esteem, strong friendships, as well as memories that will last a lifetime!
Adventure Camp directors and staff are highly qualified and capable in the outdoors. To supplement years of experience staff members are trained and certified in a wide variety of areas including adventure sports. All sessions have staff members certified in CPR, advanced first-aid, ARC life guarding, climbing and white water instruction .
Campers and parents can be assured that all sessions are professionally instructed and supervised. It is the desire of Adventure Camp Staff to provide opportunities for life changing experiences that are fun, safe, wholesome and challenging. Male and female staff members allow for an excellent coed program.
